Aim: The participant lays the strategic foundation for his/her brand or personal brand and creates a visual identity.
Week 1
Strategic Thinking in Social Media
- Participants gain a strategic perspective on social media management, goal setting, brand/personal brand focused content planning and competitor analysis.
- Learn about “pillars” (basic topics), sharing frequency, content types and competitor analysis. Research techniques: selecting content appropriate for the brand and its image, preparing a list of ideas according to the target audience.
Week 2
Creating Brand Language and Visual Identity / Preparing Moodboards
- After clarifying your goals, determine your brand and visual language. Prepare a moodboard using Canva/Pinterest slides, including basic information on color palettes and typography. (To be used in the prompt software section)
Week 3
Visual Production with Artificial Intelligence and Applications (Part 1)
- Introduction to visual prompt software. Preparation for visual creation. Technical explanation of creating consistent visuals.
Week 4
Visual Production with Artificial Intelligence and Applications (Part 2)
- Creating a visual database aligned with brand integrity using tools like Ideogram, Klink, ChatGPT, etc. The images created here will become the brand's visual database and can be used interchangeably for a long time.
2nd MONTH — Content Production and Video-Focused Work
Aim: The participant generates content ideas and initiates video production.
Week 5
Content Ideas and Text Generation with ChatGPT (Part 1)
- Generating content ideas that align with the visuals and brand identity created in previous weeks. Techniques for writing titles and descriptions based on the platform (Reels, Post, Story).
Week 6
Reels / TikTok Content Planning
- Reels and short video trend analysis. Video story flow (Hook – Development – CTA). Preparation of scenario templates for different concepts (educational, inspirational, promotional).
Week 7
Basic Video Editing with CapCut (Part 1)
- Ready-made templates, cutting, trimming, speed adjustment. Integration of produced images into video.
Week 8
Basic Video Editing with CapCut (Part 2)
- Add music, text overlay, effects and transitions. Export settings suitable for Reels/TikTok format.
3rd MONTH — Video Production and Broadcast
Aim: Participants produce their own video content from start to finish and publish it.

- Get ready for an introduction to creating videos with visuals.
Week 10
Advanced Video Editing Techniques
- Klink AI for creating and editing animated visuals. Advanced effects, rhythm matching, and flow planning.
Week 11
Full Video Project Production (Part 1)
- Implementation of the script → visual production → video editing process from start to finish.
Week 12
Basic Video Editing with CapCut (Part 2)
- Final video editing, music and effects, and voice-over integration. Pre-release quality control, platform-appropriate formatting, and delivery.
ILKAY APTEKIN
Art director and illustrator İlkay Alptekin has been creating illustrations for his clients since 2009.
İlkay graduated from Antalya ATSO Fine Arts High School in 2005. He continued his education in the Graphic Design Department of Marmara University's Faculty of Fine Arts, where he studied art history, printmaking and illustration, graphic design, and advertising. He continued his career as an art director at advertising agencies while also working as a freelance illustrator. He created illustrations for Sofar Sounds Istanbul, Turkish Cargo, Forum Istanbul, Ford Trucks, and Vodafone, some of which won awards in advertising competitions. He served as a design director for an Ireland-based mobile app company for four years, overseeing a team of designers from around the world on mobile app and sticker design.
Originally from Antalya, İlkay lived and worked in Istanbul for many years. He currently continues his career as an art director and illustrator, working on his own brand, LalobaBrand.
